About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Director to lead our Global Commercial Marketing team at Lenovo. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing vision to drive long-term profitable growth for our Commercial business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing vision to drive growth and profitability for Lenovo's Commercial business.
  • Lead a team of global marketers to deliver product, campaign, and vertical marketing initiatives across our full solutions portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to evolve, customize, and deliver commercial messaging local to NA, EMEA, LATAM, and AP.
  • Develop programs with quantifiable objectives to measure results, including KPIs that reflect customer behavior and the value of marketing channels.
  • Test and develop hypotheses regarding how to best market to Lenovo's varying customer segments, including Commercial.
  • Develop an overall content marketing strategy for engaging with customers and generating lead opportunities for sales.
  • Perform competitive analysis and market intelligence on competitors and their channel programs.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles with progressing levels of responsibility.
  • B2B marketing experience in the Technology industry with a demonstrated track record of success.
  • Ability to recruit and build high-performing teams operating with data-based decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Channel and distribution knowledge and skills are a strong asset.
  • Fluency in digital marketing program development and management, including email marketing, direct mail, paid search, and search engine optimization.
  • Marketing measurement and testing disciplines, including campaign management, reporting, and analysis tools.
  • Business systems integration, including marketing, order, fulfillment, and follow-up.
  • Website and eCommerce strategy and execution, including sales management, pricing strategy, and promotional development.
What We Offer

Lenovo offers a competitive salary range of $225k - $250k, as well as bonus and/or commission opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes [insert benefits].
