Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Technician to join our client's team in Saint-Rémi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Update customer files, contact lists, and other relevant information
  • Enter customer orders and follow up on their status
  • Assist with website management and updating
  • Provide logistics support and manage invoicing
  • Perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • DEP in administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • Computer literate with experience in Office, Simply Accounting, and CRM software
  • Sales experience an asset
