Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Boulangerie Artisanale to join our team at Boulangerie Première Moisson. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bread and pastries using traditional artisanal techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Production Management: Plan and organize production to meet customer demands, ensuring timely completion of orders and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and organize inventory of raw materials, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients to meet customer demands.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve our goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in artisanal baking, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Diploma in Boulangerie or equivalent (CAP for French candidates).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of artisanal baking techniques.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
