Hairstylist

The G.O.A.T. Barbers is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join our team. As a Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair, as well as advising on beauty care treatments and analyzing hair and scalp conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality hair care services to clients, including cutting, trimming, and styling hair
- Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp conditions
- Book appointments and manage client schedules
- Supervise other hair stylists and staff, as well as apprentices and students in training
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
- Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences
- Perform receptionist duties and maintain and order supplies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the hair care industry
- Excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
- Standing for extended periods and attention to detail
