Job Title: Dining Services Manager

About the Role:

strEATS West Lethbridge Kitchen is seeking a skilled Dining Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining services, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and our team members are supported and developed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, physically demanding, attention to detail.
