Senior Welding Specialist

At Kaymen Steel Inc., we are a leading manufacturer of steel products, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Welding Specialist to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. As a Senior Welding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality welds in our manufacturing process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in welding with a focus on custom fabrication and equipment repair;
- Demonstrated expertise in manual or semi-automatic welding processes, including oxy-acetylene welding (OAW) and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW);
- Familiarity with robotic welding production lines and ability to start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor them;
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, including resistance spot or seam welding, gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and plasma arc welding (PAW);
- Experience working with a variety of materials, including aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions;
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
