Moxies is seeking a skilled FOH Shift Leader to lead our team to success

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is highly skilled in hospitality and leadership. As a FOH Shift Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve our high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospitality leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
