Allseating Corporation is a leading manufacturer of commercial furniture, and we are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our strategic purchasing efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans that align with company objectives
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms
• Manage supplier performance, including inventory levels, shipping schedules, and quality control
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform procurement decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field
• Proven track record in strategic purchasing, negotiation, and contract management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of global sourcing and import procedures
• Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, APICS, etc.)
