Job Title: Retail Sales Associate - Customer Service Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Mobile Q. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
