**Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity**

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Home Health Care Provider. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, providing one-on-one care to our clients in their own homes.

**Compensation and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. **Job Duties**

Your responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare will include:

  • Providing client care through observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, and counseling
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Performing routine and specialized nursing duties, such as wound care and medication management

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A current registration with the provincial licensing body
  • Proof of being free from TB and current CPR certification
