About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at G-FORCE CONSTRUCTION LTD. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve the desired density.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, such as trowels and floaters.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity.
Work Environment

As a Concrete Finisher at G-FORCE CONSTRUCTION LTD., you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on quality and safety.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
  • Ability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
