About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Debris and Trash Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Window and Surface Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Environment and Conditions

You will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Availability: Ability to work independently and be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, with a combination of bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing.
