Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee various technical civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering tasks.
  • Develop and implement complex engineering and field programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement multi-disciplinary project strategies.
  • Support the development of cost estimates and schedules for project deliverables.
  • Interface with clients, technical and non-technical staff, government representatives, and technology suppliers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with specialization in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in industry or consulting.
  • Registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
  • Experience with storm and sanitary sewer design, stormwater management design and modeling.
  • Experience with geotechnical design and analysis, using slope stability software.
  • Excellent English communication skills and experience in preparing and reviewing technical reports.
  • Proven leadership, business development, and client communication skills.
