Job Title: Licensed Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to identify areas for repair
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
  • Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to maintain expertise
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License
  • Clear Driver's Abstract
  • Technician's License
  • Ontario College of Trades membership
  • 4+ years of direct work experience in automotive repairs and service

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
