Job Description: As a line cook at one of our hotels, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring dining excellence that exceeds customer expectations. This will involve preparing all food production, maintaining proper food rotation, and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen areas, including refrigerators and storerooms.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a Journeyman Certificate, Food Save Certification, and 2-4 years of cooking experience. Additionally, you should have a desire and ability to continuously increase your knowledge in the culinary field.
