Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at the Northern Regional Health Authority.

Job Summary:

The Home Care Worker will provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with physical disabilities
  • Assist clients with medication administration
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
Requirements:
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Criminal record check
  • Child Abuse Registry check
  • Adult Abuse Registry check
  • Vulnerable sector check
Work Environment:

The Home Care Worker will work in various locations, including clients' homes, and will be required to travel to different locations as needed.
