Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for designing and implementing all aspects of our email and SMS programs, creating engaging content for social media, ads, blogs, and our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email and SMS Programs
    • Design and implement email and SMS campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and implement content strategies for social media, ads, blogs, and our website.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content.
  • Daily Posting and Engagement
    • Post and engage with customers on social media platforms.
  • Content Calendar
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Photoshoots
    • Assist in photoshoots with setup, takedown, and model sizing.
  • Research and Brainstorming
    • Research and brainstorm ideas to elevate our digital marketing strategies.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Work with the marketing team to monitor and maintain influencer marketing programs.
  • Third Party Meetings
    • Participate in third-party meetings when required.

Requirements
  • Experience
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Education
    • Education in Marketing and/or Design is a plus but not required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Skills
    • Prior experience using editing and graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Canva, Capcut, or similar applications.
    • Experience using web platforms in the e-commerce space such as Shopify, email marketing, etc.
  • Personality
    • Works well independently and as part of a team.
