About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team at Champs Fresh Farms Inc. As a key member of our farm team, you will be responsible for harvesting and packing fresh produce to meet the high standards of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvesting and Packing: Hand harvesting vegetables and fruits, including mushrooms, and packing them for distribution.
  • Work Site Environment: Working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to wet/damp and dusty conditions.
  • Task Management: Cleaning the work area, loading and unloading crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Health and Safety: Maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and reporting any incidents or hazards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
