Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Keyholder to provide support and assistance to our store management team. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for performing daily store opening and closing operations, providing an amazing shopping experience for our customers, and setting the example for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with management, ensure the store achieves company objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Set the standard for excellent sales skills and customer service, ensuring the team provides a positive and engaging shopping experience
  • Support management in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment
  • Perform register functions while using sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales
  • Assume responsibility of all store operations when management is out of the store, acting as Manager on Duty
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Requirements:

  • Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role with proven leadership skills and sales performance
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, committed to creating an amazing customer experience
  • Fashion focus and ability to stay up-to-date with current trends
