Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofs on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring a watertight seal and compliance with building codes.
  • Estimate costs and materials for roofing projects, taking into account factors such as weather conditions, building size, and material costs.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish.
  • Work at heights safely and efficiently, using proper equipment and techniques to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete roofing projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights safely and efficiently.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
