BRH Réseau d'Experts is currently seeking a project manager - civil works to oversee all aspects of these projects.

As a project manager - civil works, the successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing pavement construction projects using their analytical skills. During the summer season, the candidate will be required to travel to various project sites across Quebec, occasionally in Ontario, and sometimes in the Maritimes to coordinate projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of operations. During the winter season, the primary location will be Trois-Rivières.

Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating assigned projects and ensuring that all necessary resources, equipment, and personnel are in place;
  • Creating, planning, supervising, and implementing project files;
  • Interpreting plans and specifications, analyzing technical requirements for compacted roll asphalt (BCR) pavement construction;
  • Attending project sites to coordinate operations with clients and subcontractors;
  • Actively participating in project kick-off meetings and progress updates;
  • Ensuring the quality of BCR pavement construction and its installation;
  • Preparing project invoices to reflect work completed on-site versus submitted proposals;
  • Participating in proposal submissions, primarily during periods without active projects;

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering;
  • 0-2 years of experience in construction;
  • Experience in team coordination (a valuable asset);
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and prevention;
  • ASP Construction card;
  • Class 5 driver's license;
  • Bilingualism (an asset);
  • Knowledge of surveying (an asset);
