Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000 - $140,000 based on industry standards and the location of the Cowichan Valley.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a predominantly musculoskeletal (MSK) caseload and will be responsible for providing direct client care on a 1:1 basis. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, and we offer the option to work as an Independent Contractor or a Commissioned Employee.

Responsibilities
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients in a private, multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
  • Manage a predominantly MSK caseload and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient.
  • Deliver high-quality, client-centered care and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia in good standing.
  • Valid professional liability insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience teaching and demonstrating treatments.
  • Skills with computers, modern software, and social media.
