Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospital operations and scheduling, with a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily scheduling of medical personnel, including nurses, PSWs and allied health professionals, across multiple healthcare facilities. They will coordinate with hospitals and healthcare facilities to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements effectively.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, and effective communication with healthcare professionals regarding their schedules, shift changes, location assignments, and other relevant information.

The selected candidate will also utilize our scheduling software to ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping, monitor and report on scheduling trends, and contribute to the development of staffing strategies and plans.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the daily scheduling of medical personnel
2. Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare facilities to understand and fulfill their staffing requirements
3. Utilize scheduling software to ensure accurate record-keeping
4. Monitor and report on scheduling trends

Qualifications:
1. Experience in a scheduling/dispatching role within a hospital or healthcare setting
2. Strong understanding of hospital operations and healthcare staffing needs
3. Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant technology
4. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
