About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Manager to join our team at Digital Shift. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized SEO strategies for clients
  • Conduct regular strategy sessions to ensure client goals are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Monitor and report on client progress and results
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth with existing clients
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software and Google Docs or MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
