Job Title: Operations Vice President

Honest Cleaning Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior operations role
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
