We are seeking a seasoned Luxury Travel Operations Manager to join our team at Butterfield & Robinson Luxury Travel. As a critical member of the sales and trip design initiatives, you will provide essential support to the Directors of Sales & Trip Design.

The successful candidate will have experience in trip design and sales in the travel industry, with outstanding working experience cross-functionally with diverse teams. They will possess a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing workflows, timelines, and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include supporting scheduled trip design and sales strategy, ensuring timely and accurate execution of the end-to-end scheduled trip design process by coordinating workflows across various departments.

You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all project materials, assisting in the assessment and update of specific product lines, and contributing to brainstorming sessions, assisting with ideation generation and process organization.

In addition, you will facilitate quarterly Sales and Trip Design team meetings and support the planning of annual conferences, while partnering with the Business Operations Manager and other business leads to represent the Sales and Trip Design team at regular operational team meetings.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury travel industry, with knowledge of current trends, markets, and suppliers, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
