Pizza Kitchen Manager

MCLH Enterprises LTD seeks a Pizza Kitchen Manager to oversee the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals to our valued customers. This role involves managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a leadership position and a secondary school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff, ordering supplies, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.
The Pizza Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, cleaning kitchen and work areas, and recruiting and hiring staff. They will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will require attention to detail, client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and teamwork.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week, working in English.
