- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and inventory management
