**Job Overview**
Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is a dynamic organization seeking a results-driven professional to support the management of OPG's real estate assets.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Services, and is responsible for reviewing market sales data, analyzing land use planning/site information, and preparing market value estimates and other real estate reports.
The ideal candidate will have a four-year university degree in a related field, minimum 8 years of experience in real estate, and expertise with Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with SAP and Ariba software is an asset.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and analyzing market sales data and land use planning/site information
- Preparing and negotiating agreements and contracts for real estate transactions
- Developing and maintaining databases of financial commitments associated with OPG's corporate real estate portfolio
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments that may impact real estate acquisition, management, and disposal activities
The successful candidate will exhibit uncompromising integrity and commitment to upholding corporate values.
