  • Menu Planning and Execution

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and food safety protocols are met.

Staff Training and Development

Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Manage inventory and supplies, ordering equipment and materials as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Customer Service and Quality Assurance

Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and that customers receive excellent service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours
