Job Title: Logistics Supervisor - Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Galaxy Home Furnishing Corp. in an exciting leadership role. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our logistics department, ensuring seamless delivery of our products to customers across the country.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, offering a stable and secure work environment.
  • You will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • As a Logistics Supervisor, you will also be responsible for preparing production and other reports, coordinating repairs and rentals, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies, as well as recommending personnel actions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role, as you will need to coordinate with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • A valid driver's license and basic security clearance are required for this position.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and a flexible approach to working under pressure are also necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
