About the Role

Shoreline OPS and Human Resources is seeking a Strategic HR Partner - Unionised Environment to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to develop and implement strategies that drive business results.

As a Strategic HR Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labour relations matters, including collective bargaining agreements, grievances, and workplace disputes.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills, as well as coaching leaders to improve their performance.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related discipline, and a minimum of 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience directly in a labour relations environment.

We are looking for a professional who can build strong relationships with stakeholders, think critically, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
