Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business and technology partners to elicit, analyze, and document user stories, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with product owners to create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and requests to drive business value.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop solutions that leverage technology to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain testing plans, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent testing procedures for each application, aligning with company policies and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain requirements traceability through user stories and testing artifacts, ensuring that business requirements are met and testing is effective.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
  • Proficient knowledge of software development lifecycles and project delivery processes, including agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex business requirements to technical stakeholders and vice versa.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Business, Information Technology, or Mathematics & Applied Science.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other industry-recognized designation/certification.
