Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all computer equipment and machinery are in good working order, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Technical Support: Provide technical advice and assistance to staff members, helping to resolve work problems and improve productivity.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in duties and policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help staff members improve their performance.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring we have the resources required to operate efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
