About the Role

Vidyard is a leading video platform that empowers businesses to create and share impactful videos. As an Intermediate Software Developer on our Accounts & Billing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our core offerings.

You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure seamless user experiences and efficient iteration on our existing products. Your technical expertise and development capabilities will drive improvements to our quality, reliability, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and extensible platforms for permissions, accounts, and billing functionalities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our core systems and services
  • Participate in agile development methodologies and iterative environments
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, shipping user-facing web products
  • Ability to work across the software stack as a generalist
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Lean thinking and an experimental, metrics-driven mindset
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and a recognition that action is sometimes the best path to discovery
