About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at TOC Cleaning Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervision and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Assistance and Support: Provide assistance and support to cleaning staff as needed, helping them to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
