About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing initiatives, brand management, and communications strategies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's presence across various channels, overseeing high-impact campaigns, managing public relations efforts, and leading communication initiatives that align with our organizational growth and transformation goals.

  • Developing and Executing Marketing Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, visibility, recognition, and recall among our target audiences.
  • Creating and Implementing Media Plans: You will create and implement media plans to ensure our brand maintains high visibility in key markets, leveraging industry trends and target audience preferences.
  • Brand Identity and Messaging: You will continuously assess and evolve Caltech's brand identity, messaging, and visual assets to stay aligned with industry trends and target audience preferences.
  • Marketing Budget Oversight: You will provide oversight of our marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns and events.
  • Community Partnerships: You will foster relationships with community partners and industry organizations to build our brand reputation and drive awareness.
  • Internal Initiatives: You will lead internal initiatives to promote Caltech's services, enabling employees to market these services to clients.
  • KPI Monitoring: You will set and monitor KPIs to ensure campaigns meet or exceed business goals for engagement, lead generation, and brand recognition.
  • Event Planning: You will oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with our brand identity.
  • Corporate Communication: You will develop, manage, and implement corporate communication strategies that support internal and external stakeholder engagement.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms (including platform management software).
  • Strong, effective, and authentic verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
