Your Job:

  • You will provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering their questions, and offering a personalized experience.
  • Help clients navigate our banking applications and ATMs with ease.
  • Listen actively to clients' needs and resolve complex situations with empathy and expertise.
  • Offer tailored advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Demonstrate your ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Maintain adherence to compliance and risk management guidelines.

Your Team:

The branch operates extended hours, with flexible schedules available to accommodate team members' needs. As a Banking Advisor, you will report directly to the Customer Service Branch Manager or Branch Manager. You will work collaboratively with a team of experts specializing in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Requirements:

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
  • A positive attitude, empathy for clients, and excellent communication skills
  • An interest in technology and a talent for sharing knowledge
  • Discipline, commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow
  • The ability to adapt to diverse situations and priorities
