Senior Investment Finance Analyst

At OMERS, we're committed to empowering our employees to make a meaningful impact. As a Senior Analyst in our Investment Finance and Valuations team, you'll play a critical role in supporting the valuation and analysis of our private equity and infrastructure investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain complex valuation models to support quarterly portfolio valuations
- Conduct market research and data analysis to inform investment decisions
- Liaise with Investment and Risk Teams to review past performance and strategy
- Perform asset and portfolio level sensitivities to understand valuation impacts
- Monitor market events and analyze their potential impact on portfolio asset valuations
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant private asset valuation experience
- Chartered Business Valuation (CBV) or advanced enrollment in the CBV program
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools
