Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Handler to join our team at Acier Picard inc. as a Material Movement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
  • Material Movement: Move products and materials within the warehouse using manual or mechanical equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick orders and stock products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Ship orders and receive new products and materials.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Be able to handle heavy loads, work at heights, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate an overhead crane and other material handling equipment.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess adaptability, analytical skills, and a positive attitude.
