Arcadis Construction Services is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team in Quebec.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of field construction/project management experience in the construction industry, with a successful history of developing business and leading large-scale construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing field personnel, subcontractors, and office support staff in the safe execution of remedial construction projects
- Management of projects, financial planning, change management, and cost control
- Establishing and maintaining professional business relations with clients
- Interface effectively with clients, coworkers, and others
- Market and promote remedial construction services
- Managing and working collaboratively with contractors, local governments, and other agencies having jurisdiction and the Owner to solve project challenges representing the Owner's best interest
Required qualifications include 10+ years of construction experience, 7+ years in project management, and 5+ years' experience in environmental remediation and/or heavy civil construction projects. Fluency in English and French is also required.
