Job Summary

At Maison Notre-Dame House Inc., we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Services Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to clients in a half-way house setting, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports and case histories to document client progress and needs.
  • Administer and coordinate various programs and activities to support clients.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
  • Supervise activities and provide support to clients living in the half-way house.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and community partners.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of programs and services.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism in English and French.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel.
