Your Role

As a Sales Associate, Plumbing, you'll be the expert our customers need to make their plumbing projects a reality. You'll turn every interaction into a memorable experience, while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers warmly and ensuring an excellent customer experience
  • Assessing customer needs and providing well-informed and specialized advice about products
  • Presenting merchandise, emphasizing item features, and recommending complementary items
  • Contributing to the merchandising of products in your department
  • Staying informed of new products and their technical applications
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets

You'll also be responsible for staying informed of promotions and flyers, working in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety, and performing other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
