Clinical Lead for Rehabilitation Services

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Lead for Rehabilitation Services to join The Gear Centre Group's team. This role involves providing expert physiotherapy services to patients with complex and chronic conditions in offender health settings.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement physiotherapy services that meet the needs of our patients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a clinical caseload, including offender health and potential private/staff patients.
- Developing and expanding business opportunities within the service.
- Working within contract-specific KPIs and reporting statistics to Senior Management.
- Ensuring compliance with professional standards, policies, and clinical governance.
You will also liaise regularly with Senior Management, contributing to continuous improvement, managing physiotherapy services across multiple locations, maintaining and reporting on clinical incidents, and participating in monthly feedback and meetings with Senior Management.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- HCPC and CSP registered Physiotherapist status.
- A minimum of two years' experience as a Physiotherapist with exposure to rotational roles in respiratory, MSK, and Neuro.
- Experience in independent working and lone working.
- Energetic and proactive, with the ability to work flexibly within a prison clinical setting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Postgraduate qualification such as MSc.
- Experience working in a secure setting.
Pre-hire checks will be required, including Right to Work in the UK and a Disclosure and Barring Background (DBS) check.
