Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Experience with payroll administration and financial record-keeping.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
