Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team at JobCart Inc. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial painting in a manufacturing environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply industrial coatings to surfaces using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
  • Operate and maintain painting equipment and related machinery.
  • Inspect painted surfaces for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
  • Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Read, interpret, and follow work orders, blueprints, or job specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Learn and operate new machinery as necessary for the role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industrial painting.
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation, as the job requires travel to various locations.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new tasks as needed.

Working Conditions:
