Job Summary:

As a Head Cashier at ESSO Gas Station, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers. Your primary duties will include operating a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Process customer returns and exchanges
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in retail sales and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Work Environment:
  • Air conditioned store environment
