Chevron Town Pantry is a dynamic retail company seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and drive business growth.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement effective inventory control systems.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products, services, and promotions, driving customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
