Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and coaching team members to achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities:- Model outstanding customer service and take ownership of sales performance and operations
- Coach team members to be their best and drive the Warehouse One Perks customer loyalty program
- Manage store operations, including assigning and following up on tasks, performing store opening and closing duties, and scheduling for the store
- Ensure the store looks great for our customers by participating in store housekeeping and visual displays
- 50% off clothing and accessories for you and your family
- Casual dress code and flexible full-time hours of 32 to 40 hours per week
- Monthly and quarterly bonus potential of up to $2,200 annually
