About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist and Hair Designer to join our team at Q10 Quickbeauty Enterprise Inc. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut and Trim Hair: Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Custom Hair and Scalp Treatment: Provide custom hair and scalp treatment to clients, including hair coloring, straightening, and other services.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise other hair stylists and other staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Train Apprentices: Supervise apprentices/students in training, teaching them the skills and techniques necessary to become a successful hairstylist.
  • Apply Chemical Treatments: Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to color, frost, or streak hair, ensuring a high level of safety and quality.
  • Style Hair: Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair to create a wide range of looks and styles.
  • Suggest Hair Styles: Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences, providing expert advice and guidance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience in hair styling and design.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field of employment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
